William H Golding

William H Golding was a boat builder in Broderick St, Fig Tree Point , Balmain/ Iron Cove Bay, Rozelle, NSW, and active from the 1887 - 1922.

He built mainly cruisers and 18-footers including ITONIA, FLORRIE, MISCHIEF, BETTY, EILEEN, GOLDING, BROTHERS, MASCOT, NIMROD, THALIA , SENGA and VIGILANT.

Golding sailed with the Sydney Flying Squadron and Johnsons Bay Sailing Club and was a committee member of Balmain Sailing Club and sailing committee member for the Balmain Regatta.
